Physician Services

Research has shown a direct link between malpractice litigation exposure and the types of relationships formed with patients.

These relationships can be enhanced through the development of specific "emotional intelligence" competencies on the part of physicians and their staff.

EQpractice was formed to conduct research into ways to help physicians control risk and grow their practices.

For those seeking direct services, two of our staff members provide them through a seperate company, TransForm, Inc.

TransForm, Inc offers emotional intelligence assessments, coaching, and training to assist in the development of effective communication and interpersonal skills.

To inquire about these services, contact Terry R. Watson or Dr. Mary Anne Watson at 813-361-6200 or
trw@transformtraining.com.
